Messaging Terms and Conditions

These terms are part of the AgBid Privacy Policy above.

The program

AgBid, Inc. (doing business as AgBid) sends text messages from (617) 404-4402 to people who agree to receive them. Customer care messages may include responses to messages you send us, as well as information relevant to your relationship with us. Marketing messages, which you agree to separately, may include discount codes, special deals or texts promoting our products/services. An alert when a hay truck loads near you is a marketing message: we send it only to a number whose marketing box is checked.

How you agree

You agree by entering your mobile number and checking a text-message consent box on a form on our website. Customer care and marketing messages are separate choices, no box is checked for you, and you can choose not to receive any text messages. Checking “No” on any of our forms takes your number off every list we text. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you agree again.

Help

Reply HELP for assistance or more information, or contact us at support@agbid.ai or (617) 404-4402.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information

We do not share your mobile opt-in information with anyone. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
