Growers post their hay
Growers post their product and set their price, always earning 100% of their asking price. AgBid facilitates 3rd-party lab testing for each lot listed.
Buyers claim their share
Buy one bundle (about two horse-months of hay) or fill a whole truck. Payment is authorized, but never processed until the pool fills and the truck rolls.
Neighbors lower the price
One competitive freight cost, split by the buyers. As the pool fills up, the shipping cost per buyer goes down. Authorize your maximum payment and watch the tracker as the pool fills the truck and pushes your cost down.
The truck rolls
The truck picks up the hay from the grower and delivers directly to up to four barns. Choose to have the truck offload at your own barn, or share an offload stop with a neighbor. Nutrition spec sheet always included.
